Payment for Services

Payment is expected as services are rendered. Fees vary based on service provided. Insurance is not accepted as payment by this office at this time. However, a statement of fees can be provided for client submission to insurance companies for self-filing claims. Preferred method of payment is by personal check or cash. Major credit cards are also accepted. 

No Show Policy: To avoid a "No Show Fee", clients must give at least a 24-hour notice of cancellation or need for rescheduling.

Fees for contracted services to schools and other organizations are specified in a professional services agreement and revisited annually. Contact the office for further details.
